Established in 1989, Shantou S.E.Z. Wo Hing Radio & Video Co., Ltd accommodates 250 specialized injection molding machines for the production of audio and video storage products and media packing products such as CD and DVD cases. We have been supplying A/V products to worldwide markets distributed to Europe (60%), North America (15%), and South America (15%), including the world's leading entertainment giant technicolor, DISNEY LAND, and 21 CENTURY FOX. We were rewarded by the local government as one of the largest exporters in Shantou City for many years.
A Monthly Production of Capacity of 30 Million
In the year 2003, we set up Leader Disk Technology (Shantou) Co., Ltd, equipped with a 50,000-square-meter facility and 43 high-tech optical disc production lines imported from Germany and Japan. Our monthly production capacity is 30 million pieces of CDR & DVDR blank disks in super high quality.
Over 30 Years of Molding Experience in Cosmetic Packaging
In 2007, after more than 30 years of molding experience, we have successfully launched into color cosmetics packaging - a new product range market. Guangzhou Reenael Cosmetic Packaging Co., Ltd was founded in the year 2007 as a sales office in Guangzhou city. By vertical integration of the supply chain covering design, manufacturing, logistics, and after-sales service, our company is now able to provide our customers with total solutions for cosmetics packaging. Our main activities include product design, molding, plastic injection, assembling, and surface treatment including metalizing, spray, and special coloring. Our main products are various lipstick cases, lip-gloss containers, eyeliner containers, mascara containers, eye shadow cases compact powder cases, and loose powder cases.
OEM and ODM Orders Accepted
To meet international changing market trends, our 20 R&D staff develop new products every month. We also provide OEM/ODM design for customers in packaging design and molding.

Machinery/Production Process
90% of our production equipment is imported. 70% of our production instruments are automated, while the remaining 30% are semi-automated. Equipment includes Steag CDR 3503 production lines, automatic robotic arm injection machines and 250 sets of injection machines from Hong Kong for producing various plastic products.
Shrink wrap, carton, pallet, or environment-friendly film packing are all available for your selections.

Wo Hing had invested US$15,000,000 in expanding its facilities during 1997 and 2003. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
QC and testing equipment such as CDR/DVDR CATS and Dr Schenk are from Sweden and Germany. Checks are conducted under JVC standards.
Quality Control Procedures
In order to ensure the smooth operation and maintain reliable quality, Wo Hing has adopted the ISO 9001:2015 QC standard. An independent QC team with 40 personnel checks every single production process. Every day the QC team undertakes their inspection on the quality of the plastic materials, efficiency of mechanical operations, semi-finished product inspection and final product inspection. Wo Hing has invested heavily on quality commitment for global customers. Tests cover materials, production processes, random product checks, and the finished product (pre-packaging and post packaging).

Factory OEM/ODM Capabilities
Our production unit in China covers a total area of 50,000 square meters.
For media packing products, we employ a fully automatic robotic arm for injection and a sealed dustproof assembly workshop. We are capable of carrying out the entire production procedure without relying on other factories for any stage of tooling or molding.
For optical disk, we have a clean house which holds four CD-R and two DVDR production lines from Steag Hamatech. Our quality testing machines, such as CDR/DVDR CATS and Dr Schenk ensures top quality disc production.
